Algarve Sea Sights is the brand of the Portuguese company Happy Sardine Lda, fiscal nr. 516163485 and head office at Rua da Moura Lidia, Lote 4, N’14, Letra O, 8125-449 Quarteira, Telephone 00 351 – 938 148 316, email address: bookings@algarveseasights.com, license for the commercial activity number 20/2021, issued by TP, IP (Portuguese Tourism Board) . When you make your booking and make a payment that signifies your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Bookings:
Bookings, are only received by email or direcly from Algarve Sea Sights web page. Phone bookings are not allowed. For the booking be considered you need to make a payment through PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer of 50% of the total value. Site bookings need 100% of the payment. You can also book in the Algarve Sea Sights location at Vilamoura Marina, Pier H. The second 50% of the payment can be done until 10 days before the date booked, or in exceptional situations, in cash on the check-in.
The booking will be final as soon as the first payment is received. The deposit is a refundable payment.

Cancellations:
Cancellation by the client can be made until 24 hours before the date booked in case of Ticket Tours. Cancellation by the client can be made until 5 days before the date booked in case of Private Tours or Rent in Private. In case of Private Tours or Rent in Private bookings, we strongly recommended that you take a travel insurance. If possible Algarve Sea Sights will try to transfer the reservation to an acceptable alternative date. All cancelations in COVID – 19 pandemic time are analised case by case, and if it is not possible the client to travel or/and in case of COVID – 19 desease, the refund will be 100%. Client needs to prove flight cancelation or desease.
If the cancellation has to be done by Algarve Sea Sights because of circumstances beyond its control, including sickness, accidents, travel delays, weather, strikes, war, or civil disturbance, then alternative dates will be offered or a full refund of the charter fees already paid will be made.
In case the yacht is unable to return to the port of any other final destination, on time due to bad weather, engine break down or any other circumstances, clients may select to stay with the yacht at no extra charge or make their own arrangements to return at their own expense.
Insurance:
The yacht, provided by Algarve Sea Sights is fully insured against accidents, third party liability, and personal injury due to negligence by Algarve Sea Sights. No liability is accepted by Algarve Sea Sights for personal accidents or loss or damage to the property of the client if rules and safety advises are ignored. In all the Yachts, in the beginning of the event, the Captain makes a small but important breafing of safety and security. If you have any doubts of what you can or can not do on board of our yachts, you should always ask before you do it.
Other conditions:
In the interests of comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted below deck.
The client will not bring any illegal drugs or any contraband on board.
If you have any complaints you should raise them at the very first opportunity with your skipper or the office staff. If you are not satisfied with the action taken you should then immediately contact the management of Algarve Sea Sights.
